Job Title: Legal Sales Specialist - Estate Planning

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth initial consultations with prospective clients, focusing on the benefits and importance of a revocable living trust using a provided script and established sales methodology.
- Clearly and empathetically articulate the value of comprehensive estate planning and the services offered by the company.
- Identify client needs and concerns, effectively address objections, and close sales on estate planning packages.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with new clients to gather necessary information and assist in making initial decisions regarding key elements of their estate plan, such as trustee appointments and beneficiaries, within the scope of non-legal advice.
- Accurately and thoroughly document all client information in the CRM system to ensure smooth handoff and follow-through.
- Establish immediate rapport and trust with prospective clients, creating a positive first impression of the company.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Serve as a knowledgeable, supportive guide to ensure clients feel confident and informed in their decision to proceed with the services.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to the legal drafting and execution phase.
- Actively participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of estate planning, refine sales techniques, and stay aligned with company processes.

Education and Experience Information:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. A paralegal certificate or Juris Doctor (.) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a legal environment (., paralegal, legal assistant) with a focus on estate planning, OR
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a professional services environment (., financial services, insurance, legal tech), ideally with exposure to estate planning concepts.

Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage a pipeline, and achieve targets. Comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
- Legal Familiarity: Strong foundational understanding of estate planning concepts, especially revocable living trusts, wills, and powers of attorney (no legal advice will be given in this role).
- Client Empathy: A compassionate and patient demeanor, understanding the sensitive nature of estate planning decisions.
- Highly Organized: Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (., Salesforce, Clio Grow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ethical Conduct: Unwavering commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.

Salary Information:
- $60-70K base salary plus a monthly commission plan tied to sales.
