Sr. Business Development Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Serve as one of two dedicated marketing and business development liaisons for the law firm’s energy-focused and strategic M&A practices. Collaborate with practice group leaders and attorneys to implement business development initiatives and pursue strategic growth opportunities. Lead the preparation of customized client pitches, RFP responses, and other client-facing materials. Maintain practice-specific experience lists, matter highlights, and business development content. Coordinate and support client events, sponsorships, webinars, and conference engagements. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client developments to inform strategy. Ensure timely updates to the law firm’s website, marketing materials, and internal knowledge systems for the practice groups. Partner with colleagues across the Marketing and Business Development department on firmwide initiatives that impact the law firm’s energy-focused and strategic M&A practices.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in legal marketing and/or business development; law firm experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of the energy, infrastructure, M&A, or regulatory sectors is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal services into compelling marketing content. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing platforms such as DealCloud, InterAction, Salesforce, or Foundation.
Salary Information
Salary - Minimum USD $62, Salary - Maximum USD $108,
