Law Firm Seeks Business Development and Marketing Specialist in Multiple Offices

This includes a client feedback program, business development training and coaching, and client experience initiatives.

As our Business Development and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting programs focused on client service, including maintaining databases, communication calendars, and reporting. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational and writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and maintaining calendars, deadlines, and timelines for internal client service initiatives
- Managing distribution of key client program-related content, invitations, and materials
- Maintaining databases for business development and coaching, client feedback, and client research
- Tracking and reporting on client appreciation visits, survey responses, and training program attendance
- Calculating and summarizing program statistics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- NetDocs, , and Zoom experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Work Environment:
- Based in one of our local **Members Only** offices, with the option to work from home
- Overtime may be required as job duties demand
- Minimal travel, less than 10%
