Law Firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Litigation with experience in strategic planning, client service, and team collaboration. This is a full-time, experienced position based in any of our . offices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Litigation and a track record of success in business development and marketing. Compensation for this role ranges from $129,000 to $195,000, depending on location.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Litigation practice in alignment with sector OKRs
- Provide leadership, expertise, and strategic support to partners
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create actionable business plans and track progress
- Deliver thought leadership to position the firm as a Litigation leader and attract new clients
- Support pitch strategies, client insights, event management, and storytelling
- Share market intelligence and identify revenue opportunities
- Manage Litigation events, sponsorships, and CLEs
- Communicate Litigation story internally and externally

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of marketing experience in Litigation practices
- Passion and deep understanding of Litigation clients' needs
- Strong client service approach and ability to build and manage relationships
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft engaging stories
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt to change
- Sound judgment and professionalism
- Litigation experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range: $129,000 - $195,000, depending on location
