Client Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Client Development Coordinator supports various nationwide Financial Industry practice initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing drafts and coordinating new client pitches, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses.
- Creating and maintaining practice marketing materials such as practice group descriptions, thought leadership pieces, brochures, slide decks, practice-specific case/transaction lists, and intranet/website/blog content.
- Designing, planning, and providing logistical support for business development events, including creating event marketing plans, managing electronic announcements and invitations, handling pre-event logistics, allocating tickets, providing on-site event staffing, assisting with post-event follow-up, and tracking lead generation and ROI.
- Working with Client Development leaders and Marketing and Communications team to monitor news and secure PR, accolades, and rankings for the firm.
- Tracking and reporting on client contacts, new opportunities, and experience using firm-wide CRM, proposal, and matters databases.
- Conducting basic competitive intelligence and market research for client and prospect meetings, pitches/proposals, and other new business generation initiatives.
- Assisting with general marketing information requests from attorneys and staff and routing requests to appropriate marketing personnel as needed.
- Providing direct support to firm-wide business development priority projects as determined by department leadership.
- Understanding and following marketing processes and procedures including proposal processes, event management tracking, business development technology, and CRM modules.
- Assisting with other office and practice development initiatives as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or equivalent degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm, professional services organization, or corporate environment.

Salary Information:
The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience:
- Boston: $63,500 - $95,300
- Los Angeles: $66,700 - $100,000
- New York: $66,700 - $100,000
- Philadelphia: $59,700 - $89,600
- San Francisco: $71,200 - $106,800
- Santa Monica: $66,700 - $100,000
- Silicon Valley: $71,200 - $106,800
- Washington DC: $63,500 - $95,300

- This position is eligible for overtime.
