Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive organizational and practice-specific support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through post-trial proceedings.
- Conduct legal and factual research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis.
- Manage discovery processes, including handling electronic stored information (ESI).
- Support depositions and prepare expert-related materials.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of documents and case-related materials.
- Coordinate and conduct document reviews and productions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and notices.
- Assist in law and motion practice, including assembling motion papers and coordinating filings.
- Perform cite-checking, proofreading, and formatting of legal documents.
- Prepare trial materials such as notebooks and exhibits.
- Manage witness schedules.
- Support post-trial filings and appeals.
- Ensure compliance with both federal and state procedural and evidentiary rules, particularly in filings and document formatting.
- Electronically file pleadings through the CM/ECF system for federal courts and the Florida Court’s e-Filing Portal.
- Track time daily and support other departmental activities as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting.
- required.
- Experience with bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of MSOffice, Relativity, Concordance, LAW, Best Case, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Knowledge of iManage is a plus.
- Familiarity with federal and state procedural and evidentiary rules.
- Ability to electronically file pleadings through relevant systems.
