Workers' Compensation Paralegal The cadidate should have 2+ years of experience. Should be proactive Workers' Compensation Paralegal to support two WC attorneys and a heavy caseload. Possesses unquestioned integrity, discipline, systems/ procedures oriented, detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter, ability to multi-task and an excellent communicator (written and verbal). Experience with Smart Advocate is a big plus. Proactive personality with strong people skills. High quality customer service experience and knowledge/understanding of personal injury law. Be detail-oriented, comply with Best Practices and adhere to deadlines while consistently displaying proficiency in all verbal and written communications. Unparalleled organizational ability and effective time management. Strict attention to detail while being able to prioritize appropriately.
