Law Firm Seeking Experienced Business Development Manager in Multiple Locations
- Full-time, salaried position with a leading global law firm
- Locations: Los Angeles, Houston, New York City, Washington ., Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta
- Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $230,000, depending on experience and location

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the cross-disciplinary Business Litigation Practice Group
- Facilitate cross-selling opportunities and track results
- Create value-driven content for presentations and RFP responses
- Coordinate firm-hosted events and manage legal directory and ranking submissions
- Identify and facilitate participation in sponsorships, conferences, and other profile-building opportunities
- Maintain marketing materials for the Business Litigation Practice Group
- Collaborate with other Business Development Managers for cross-selling and cross-practice initiatives
- Conduct strategic research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends
- Become a power user and champion of BD technology platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a comparable role at a law firm
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly intelligent and business-minded with a professional yet approachable demeanor
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

- New York: full-time salary range of $180,000 - $230,000
- Washington, .: full-time salary range of $175,000 - $230,000
