Job Title: Personal Assistant/Social Media Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the principal attorney with day-to-day personal or office tasks.
- Attend evening meetings with the principal attorney to generate social media content for the law firm.
- Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Must be familiar with the use of Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, and other comparable tools for generating social media material and content.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Fluency in English.

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour.

Additional Information:
- Job Types: Full-time.
- Schedule includes 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: In person.
