Job Title: Group Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Improve the framework for matching clients to the best law firm in our network, considering factors like case specifics, geography, and preferences of both client and firm. Collaborate with the Data Science team to implement these improvements.
- Conduct interviews with partner law firms to identify and prioritize new feature development. Work with the Design and Engineering teams to create a formal roadmap and design wireframes for upcoming product launches.
- Utilize data from call centers and case details to optimize client outreach strategies across different communication mediums and throughout the case lifecycle.
- Build a core data platform that supports various business verticals, using model-driven decision-making and personalization throughout the client engagement funnel.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and lawyers.
- Craft a product vision to guide the next phase of growth, becoming an expert in the business model, current offerings, and key milestones to inform strategic decisions.
- Create a comprehensive product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and ship new products and features, acting as a coordinator and enabler.
- Own key targets and metrics, collect and analyze data to drive company-level decision-making, propose hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a track record of building and shipping products at scale.
- Proven success in setting product vision and strategy, with the ability to articulate key decisions and trade-offs.
- Knowledge of best practices from previous roles in high-performing organizations and the ability to cultivate a strong product culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by positive feedback from colleagues such as PMs, engineers, and designers.
- Proficiency in data platforms and the capability to conduct independent analysis.
- A demonstrated commitment to social good and helping people in need.
- Bonus qualifications include experience in early-stage startups, complex consumer businesses, two-sided marketplaces, and/or B2B products.

Location:
