**Members Only**, a leading law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a passionate and creative branding and marketing intern to join our team. As a growing firm, we are looking for someone who can provide innovative ideas to help us achieve our goals and make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branding, social media, and marketing strategies to increase brand/name recognition and expand our presence in the community.
- Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design visually appealing graphics, videos, stories, and captions to engage our audience.
- Distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
- Assist with creating and publishing the firm's newsletter.
- Identify relevant industry news, trends, and user-generated content to share on our social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to stay relevant and increase awareness about the firm and our work for clients.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster engagement and build relationships with our online community.
- Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of our posts and campaigns, analyze results, and provide insights for improvement.
- Take pictures and videos of staff to include on social media outlets.
- Research and develop new strategies and outlets for increasing engagement.
- Ensure brand message is consistent.
- Help plan and attend live and online marketing events.
- Support with various ad hoc tasks as needed, including event promotion, email marketing, or website content editing.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Students are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within an office environment and have regular interaction via in-person, telephone, videoconference, and email.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook.
- Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for marketing, social media, and/or brand development.
- Interest in the law, law firm operations, and/or family law is a plus.
Estimated time commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week.
