Responsibilities:

Security:
- Manage all physical security projects and troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Research and develop plans to enhance the firm's physical security infrastructure
- Maintain relationships with security integrator and IT department
- Partner with building landlord security teams to ensure safe and seamless access for firm personnel
- Act as subject matter expert on security system software and ensure audits are completed on schedule
- Create and maintain internal protocol documentation and process access card requests

Work Order System:
- Act as main point of contact for workflow improvements and onboarding and training new members on Jira and Confluence software
- Create scheduled tickets and assist with department requests

Other Department Responsibilities:
- Assist with facilities maintenance and provide support to office administrators in smaller office locations
- Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance and assist with relocation and expansion projects in other firm offices
- Cross-train in other Operations department responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Good understanding and ability to use computer applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or under direction
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines

Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with regular business hours
- Flexibility for unscheduled overtime and ability to lift at least 45 pounds
- Hybrid on-site presence required as an essential function of the role
