Job Responsibilities
- Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents.
- Create medical chronologies and bill summaries.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel in a team environment.
- Exhibit competence in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel.
- Work independently in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Education and Experience Information
- Over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, particularly in bodily injury.
- Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability is preferred.
- Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are needed.
