Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver IT training courses and blended learning programs for all firm technology
- Conduct virtual classroom training sessions to groups or individuals
- Create high-quality course materials and resources
- Administer LTC4 certifications and align training to LTC4 Core Competencies
- Assist with firm-wide technology projects and evaluate new software
- Perform training needs analyses and develop training programs to address gaps
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools for global support
Requirements:
- from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience delivering remote training sessions within a law firm or professional services environment
Compensation:
- Anticipated total compensation range of $63,000 to $100,000
- Actual compensation dependent on relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, location, and firm needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and professional training to attorneys and staff on various technology areas, including new hire training, continuous development, and technology projects
- Conduct virtual training sessions and one-on-one coaching using a variety of media
- Design and develop training courses aligned with LTC4 Core Competencies
- Create high-quality course materials and resources, such as workbooks, manuals, and quick reference guides
- Maintain accurate training records and assist with training administration tasks
- Participate in firm-wide technology projects and evaluate new software
- Identify training needs and develop programs to address gaps in knowledge
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools for global support
