The Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Business Development to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a remote position with the option for a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will partner with various teams in the Marketing Department to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth for our leading-edge practice groups. With a focus on Intellectual Property and Technology, you will play a key role in elevating our firm's business generation activity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted client initiatives that align with the growth objectives of the practice groups
- Understand client needs, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to develop effective messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with practice and sector marketing teams to increase awareness of the firm's capabilities and successes
- Lead client targeting efforts and manage lead generation from campaigns and business development pipelines
- Write marketing collateral and business development content to highlight practice capabilities and value proposition
- Manage targeting efforts and sales pipelines for marketing initiatives
- Develop a strategy for achieving awards and directories' recognition for the practice group
- Create quarterly impact reports and assist with planning practice meetings and retreats
- Provide input on marketing budget to align with sector group priorities
- Measure and track results of marketing programs and report on ROI

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 8 years of sales/marketing experience in a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in a law firm preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of the value proposition of practices and sectors in a global law firm
- Ability to analyze data and develop solutions and recommendations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
- Strong data analysis and communication skills

Physical Demands:

- Sedentary work with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 10 pounds
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Participation in virtual conference calls and meetings

Work Environment:

- Hybrid work arrangement with remote and in-office work options
- In-office work requirements to be determined by supervisor and may be modified in the future
