Job Title: Client Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Client Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the brand presence, engaging clients, and expanding the market reach of the law firm. As a part of the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team, the coordinator will report to the Client Development Manager and support various practice groups, including Immigration, Wage & Hour, and Workplace Safety. Key responsibilities include:

- Marketing Operations: Assist the MBD team with administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing vendor relations, membership management, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Webinar Support: Aid in organizing firm webinars by handling scheduling, drafting webinar descriptions, submitting request forms, production tasks, reviewing PowerPoints, and managing post-webinar follow-up.
- Research: Prepare research reports and track practice group victories and experiences.
- Event and Conference Support: Facilitate firm events and conferences, assisting from the planning stage through execution. Responsibilities include budgeting, site selection, vendor and promotional item ordering, booth setup, on-site logistics, and follow-up.
- Promotional Items: Manage promotional items for assigned practice groups and industry teams, including ordering, inventory management, timely delivery, expense tracking, and invoicing. Assist with logistics related to ordering and confirming booths through external vendors.
- Rankings and Directory Submissions: Organize the firm's submissions to national and local rankings and directories, coordinating with the MBD team to collect responses, prepare draft submissions, coordinate follow-ups, and monitor and report results.
- Internal Communications: Support internal communications and messaging through the intranet site, newsletters, and announcements.
- Firmwide Initiatives: Provide support for various firmwide initiatives as requested.
- Additional Marketing and Business Development Initiatives: Assist with other marketing and business development tasks as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services organization. Key qualities and skills include:
