IT Project Coordinator at Leading Personal Injury Law Firm - **Members Only**

**Members Only**, the largest personal injury law firm in the world, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will help drive the planning, organization, and execution of key initiatives across multiple business areas. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT, who is familiar with project management methods and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Apply project management methodologies and tools to coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues, and support resolution efforts.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT.
- Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools (., Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with technical and business teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience supporting IT initiatives or enterprise programs.
- Interest in certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Agile.
- Understanding of IT delivery or business process workflows.
