Family Law Paralegal - Legal Secretary - Paralegal The candidate will include preparation of and filing of legal documents, maintaining domestic relations cases including billing for a time in law practice management software (Clio), managing files, case management, managing clients, and answering telephones. Must have some experience handling domestic relations cases. Experience handling probate, bankruptcy, and/or real estate matters is a plus. Should have High school or equivalent; 1 year of Family law; 1 year of Paralegals & Legal Assistants.
