Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues
- Represent employers in court and arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations
- Experience with class action/ PAGA cases preferred
Skills and Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair capacity
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing
- Experience supervising associate and paralegal work
- In-depth understanding of current agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
