Law Firm Seeks Employment Litigation Of Counsel in Silicon Valley - Full Time

Salary Information:
- The expected salary range is $260,500-$282,500, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and location.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations in employment matters.
- Preference for candidates with experience in class action and PAGA cases.
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation, including first-chair experience.
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
- In-depth understanding of current agency procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
