Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation, providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role offers opportunities for professional development and advancement in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of 100 Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through regular communication
- Review cases, conduct investigations, and establish No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims
- Open claims with insurance companies and process lost wage claims
- Retrieve police reports and gather necessary case information
- Conduct intro calls with clients within 24 hours and obtain witness information
- Enter accurate information into Litify case management system
- Handle liens, damages, expenses, and property damage claims
- Work on cases in pre-litigation until ready for suit

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Case Manager
- Previous experience managing a caseload of 100 or more case files
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

- Annual salary based on experience
- Compensation range: $80,000-$90,000 USD per year
- Full time employees and part time employees over 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits, including:
