The Employment Law Attorney at the law firm will be responsible for representing clients in employment discrimination and wage and hour cases. The attorney will handle cases from inception to conclusion, including pre-litigation processes and trials. Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and possess a current Florida law license. Previous experience in Federal Court is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
