The Law Firm of Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly organized and customer focused Case Manager to join their team in Monmouth, New Jersey. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence, and managing a varied caseload. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with clients, both in person and over the phone
• Ordering medical records and communicating with clients and providers during treatment
• Obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions
• Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and medical providers
• Maintaining organized case files and preparing comprehensive demands
• Working with multiple coworkers involved in case management
• Interacting with attorneys and presenting case synopsis when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred
• At least 2 years of legal or insurance adjuster experience
• Strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures
• Proactive communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a typing speed of at least 35 wpm
