- Work closely with Benefits and Retirement teams to align benefits programs with business goals
- Draft and review benefits-related policies, contracts, and plan documents
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on necessary adjustments
- Represent the company at industry events and committees
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits law required
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, tax laws, and other regulations
- CHC, CCEP, CHPC, or other relevant certifications highly regarded
- Must be admitted to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction
- Ability to register as in-house counsel in New York
- Professional employer organization/employee leasing experience a plus
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
