Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective and current clients both virtually and in-person, ensuring they feel welcomed as a top priority of the law firm.
- Answer phones, route calls to the appropriate person, and take messages.
- Manage client relationships and schedule meetings between clients and attorneys.
- Conduct phone screenings with prospective clients to determine if they are the right fit for the law firm, and direct them towards other resources if needed.
- Assist with general office upkeep, including making coffee each morning, keeping the office tidy, and replacing office supplies as needed.
- Witness estate planning document signings and scan in files.
- Receive, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 1+ year of front desk/receptionist experience in a professional services environment.
- Tech-savvy and system-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining a smooth office workflow.
- Preferred experience working in a legal setting.
Salary Information:
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
