- Partnering with product, legal, marketing, business operations, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot obstacles and devise creative solutions to challenges faced by case teams.
- Developing communication programs aimed at delivering a world-class client experience, including designing tailored outreach plans and organizing group events both in person and online.
- Monitoring the efficacy of all inbound and outbound client communications across case staff, third-party vendors, and email marketing to drive client engagement.
- Overseeing staffing needs, as well as the training and onboarding of new case team members.
