Job Title: Part-time Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and litigation efforts.
- Transcribe interviews and meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
- Write and edit legal documents, including briefs, memos, and correspondence.
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize Casper for document management and organization of case files.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including gathering evidence and organizing exhibits.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records within the law firm’s database.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for immigration cases.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Proficient in transcribing interviews and writing clear, concise legal documents.
- Experience providing executive administrative support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CasePeer or similar document management systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Salary Information:
- Pay: From per hour
- Expected hours: 25 per week
