- Full time position with hybrid work arrangement in any of our . office locations
- Competitive salary range of $186,000 - $279,000, with potential for discretionary bonus based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Support all four litigation subgroups at Fenwick (Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation)
- Create, distribute, and manage model documents and forms for each practice area, including client- and jurisdiction-specific templates for court filings
- Develop and organize content and knowledge resources for each practice area
- Implement and promote the use of relevant technology, including AI tools for both client needs and internal functions
- Prepare and present training materials for attorneys and paralegals
- Manage and draft internal and external thought leadership content
- Stay current on legal trends and developments, and provide guidance to the practice areas
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a law firm in a litigation practice

- Expert legal knowledge and practice skills, with experience in any of our specific Litigation subgroup areas a plus
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Commitment to knowledge-sharing, efficiency, and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
