## Associate Attorney at Law Firm

Law Firm is searching for an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will practice employee benefits law and related litigation, and should possess exemplary writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice for clients on issues arising under Titles I, II and IV of ERISA
- Represent clients in federal courts
- Represent Taft-Hartley trust funds

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in employee benefits law and related litigation
- DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Strong academic background
