The Law Firm is seeking experienced California General Liability Paralegals to join their team in various locations across the country. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in General Liability Defense litigation and a Bachelor's Degree. They should also have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience handling California cases is a plus, but not required.

Key responsibilities for this role include managing multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously, drafting and preparing various legal documents, reviewing and evaluating discovery materials, and communicating with attorneys and other paralegals to accomplish goals. The candidate must also have experience using legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, and PACER. This position requires the ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours, and candidates located near one of the firm's offices may have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
