Paralegal The candidate' should have 5 years (Required). Must be an experienced litigation paralegal with at least four years of experience. We are a fast paced plaintiff's personal injury firm with 7 attorneys and a heavy trial and motion practice. Successful candidate must have experience in filing in both State and Federal Court, Excel, formatting and preparing documents such as summary judgment oppositions and appellate briefs for filing, preparing discovery motions and responses, and client contact. Position is in person 3 days a week and 2 days a week remote. Hybrid remote
