**Members Only** is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join their Hearings Division. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $89, – $103,. OATH is the nation’s largest administrative tribunal, handling approximately 400,000 trials and hearings a year. The ideal candidate will have a track record of effective management and be able to work within tight deadlines. This is a non-competitive position and New York City residency is not required.

Job Description:

- Adjudicating all types of administrative hearings
- Assisting in directing the legal operation of the office
- Maintaining procedures to ensure timely hearings and decisions
- Handling special assignments and projects
- Acting as a legal advisor and interacting with administrative personnel
- Hybrid office/remote work schedule may be available after initial training period

Requirements:

- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience or six months as an Agency Attorney Interne
- Must remain a member of the New York State Bar in good standing
- Preferred skills include outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent writing and research abilities, strong organizational and management skills, and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
