The Employment Litigation Associate at **Members Only** will be responsible for handling a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and employment contract cases. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in employment litigation, as well as familiarity with federal and state employment statutes. The candidate should also have experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities will include providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, such as employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA and other workplace accommodations, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
The total annual compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
Admitted to NY Bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of employment litigation experience, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and employment contract cases.
Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and working independently.
Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA and other workplace accommodations, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation:
