Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
The Labor & Employment Associate will be responsible for handling labor and employment litigation matters. This includes managing wage and hour class actions and providing wage and hour advice and counsel. The associate will work within the legal framework to represent management in various employment law cases and labor contracts. The role requires staying updated with labor and employment law developments to provide clients with innovative and effective solutions to their legal challenges. The associate will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality legal services and leverage proprietary technology to enhance legal practices.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation. Experience in wage and hour class action, and/or providing wage and hour advice and counsel, is preferred. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York immediately upon hire, ensuring compliance with local legal regulations.

Salary Information:
The annual salary range for the Labor & Employment Associate position is $185,000 to $210,000. This salary is contingent on the candidate's relevant experience and education. Additionally, the position includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses, contributing to a generous compensation package.
