Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
- Admitted to NY Bar and in good standing.
- 3-6 years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and employment contract cases.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
- Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and the capability of working independently.
- Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is beneficial.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Information:

- The total annual compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000.
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- In addition to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional and client development, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
