- Collaborate with department leaders and attorneys to develop and execute BD and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with clients and drive revenue through targeted programs and strategies

H2: Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and implementation of department and practice group strategies
- Utilize knowledge of sectors and industries to inform business strategies
- Work with practice group chairs and partners to develop and implement BD and marketing plans
- Support attorneys in targeted BD efforts and coach on related activities
- Monitor and report on pursuits and engage in pitch process
- Serve as client account manager for key accounts
- Conduct client feedback sessions and leverage marketing technology for lead tracking
- Assist with integration of lateral partners and counsel
- Conceptualize and communicate services to clients effectively
- Oversee creation and updating of marketing materials and content
- Work with communications and PR team to build profiles for practice groups
- Plan and manage marketing events and sponsorships
- Provide coaching and training for attorneys on BD and communication skills
- Direct and supervise BD&M team and collaborate with colleagues
- Recommend and support traditional marketing activities
- Incorporate ROI mentality in all BD activities and expenditures

H2: Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive BD and/or marketing experience, including 3 years in legal or professional services
- Experience in revenue growth, client relationship management, and practice group strategy and management
- Large client/account management and people management experience required

H2: Salary Information
- Salary range for Chicago-based position: $160,700 - $241,100
- Salary range for Los Angeles-based position: $167,700 - $251,600
- Salary range for New York or Washington DC-based position: $174,900 - $262,400
- Actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and geographic market
