Our team of 1,000+ attorneys across the country are dedicated to helping employers navigate complex workplace laws and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. We are currently seeking a Traditional Labor Law Associate to join our team in Sacramento, CA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of labor law issues, including representing employers in unfair labor practice charges, providing legal advice on union organizing and collective bargaining, and conducting management training on workplace issues. You will also have the chance to work on advice and counsel assignments regarding federal and California workplace laws, as well as due diligence for workplace law issues in mergers and acquisitions.
We are looking for a candidate with a JD from an ABA accredited law school and 4-6 years of experience in litigation or advice work as an attorney. Traditional labor experience is preferred, as well as an understanding of current agency enforcement techniques. The ideal candidate will also be admitted to the California Bar and have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
