Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist at Immigration Law Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival at the office.
- Handle correspondence over the phone and in writing with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Schedule client appointments and enter notes for attorneys using the firm's immigration case management systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Clio Grow, and Docketwise.
- Manage communication with clients regarding case processing issues, keeping them informed and updated.
- Perform administrative tasks related to attorneys' cases, such as photocopying and processing mail received from the . government.
- Work closely in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a collegial atmosphere.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve team productivity and office administration.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the office and team functions.
Education and Experience Information:
- The position requires the applicant to be completely bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in both oral and written language skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client and team interactions.
- Strong typing skills are essential for managing correspondence and documentation.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing demands is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 8 is required, along with the ability to learn other immigration-specific systems as needed.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a pay rate of per hour.
Benefits:
- Medical insurance eligibility begins after 60 days, with full health insurance coverage that includes dental, vision, and telehealth appointment availability.
- The position includes 10 days of accrued paid time off (PTO) per year, which increases with seniority.
- Employees receive up to 6 sick days per year in addition to PTO.

- A week off in December during the Holiday Season is provided, in addition to PTO, if annual goals have been met.

Schedule:
- The position is full-time, with an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday.
- The work location is in person at the law firm.
