Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will draft estate planning documents for clients, with attorney supervision (including Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, etc.). Preparation of planning diagrams and other visuals. Proof and finalize documents for signature. Work with attorneys in connection with probate of estates. Perform case management to meet estate planning, probate and tax deadlines. Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in Paralegal studies or comparable paralegal experience is required. Experience in estate planning and/or estate administration areas is a plus.
