Job Title: Fees & Costs Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare fees and costs quotes for clients, ensuring completion within specified deadlines.
- Manage workflow efficiently to complete tasks within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Review, analyze, and ensure compliance with client billing requirements and guidelines.
- Adhere to FNMA/FHLMC Attorney Fee schedule guidelines.
- Review and reconcile invoice resolutions to determine collectable versus non-collectable amounts.
- Serve as the main liaison with all clients regarding fees and costs.

Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of CaseAware, Tempo, and Black Knight Financial Systems (New Invoice/LPS).
- Experience with lender and mortgage services billing interface platforms and billing guidelines is preferred.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel.

Education & Experience:
- required.
- Preferred minimum 2-3 years of billing/accounts receivable experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in law firm billing, with prior experience in real estate, foreclosures, and bankruptcy strongly preferred.
