Job Title: Client Advocate
Job Responsibilities:
As a Client Advocate at the law firm, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, handling them from inception through resolution. Your role will include advocating for your clients, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving incoming client calls and initiating outbound calls to potential clients, as received electronically and by live transfer.
- Using discretion and independent judgment in handling client claims and forwarding completed intake to appropriate attorneys for review.
- Utilizing software to enter all case and client details, and maintaining detailed logs and task history within the database.
- Conveying accurate information to clients regarding different case types with confidence and assurance.
- Setting the tone and pace of all calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience when speaking with potential clients.
- Demonstrating the ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details to determine the viability of their case.
Education and Experience Information:
The law firm is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:
- Preferred but not required: 1 year of Intake/Call Center experience for Worker's Compensation or Personal Injury.
- Required: A High School Diploma from an accredited High School or GED from an accredited institution.
- Experience managing Inbound and/or Outbound calls.
- Sales and customer service experience is highly valued.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software is preferred.
- Ability to accurately translate verbal information into written correspondence to CRM Software.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and escalate client calls appropriately.
- Technical capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform work in a detail-oriented and methodical manner.
- Various shifts available Monday through Friday and weekends.
