• Responsible for producing conflict reports, client-matter openings, and edits
• Create client-matter numbers and distribute conflict reports to Centralized Conflicts Review Department
• Process conflict reports for potential new hires
• Review client engagement letters
• Maintain firm databases and enter, update, and retrieve data
• Create Excel spreadsheets for importing client-matter information and conflict parties
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
• Research and answer questions for internal clients

This position will report directly to the New Business Intake Manager and will be part of the Revenue Services Department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in New Business Intake or a related field, possess exceptional communication and computer skills, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. They should also be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well in a fast-paced environment. This position may be based in various locations including Atlanta, Baltimore, Charleston, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Columbia, Ft. Lauderdale, Johnson City, Knoxville, Orlando, Raleigh, or Tallahassee.

Responsibilities for this position include producing conflict reports, creating client-matter numbers, reviewing client engagement letters, and maintaining firm databases. The candidate should also be able to work effectively with different departments, handle multiple priorities, and provide excellent customer service to internal clients. The ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions is also essential for this role.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, with the option to work remotely except for mandatory in-office work days on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and overtime may be required as needed.
