Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations

Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations at the law firm will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team in achieving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparency to align with the firm’s strategic priorities for growth and brand enhancement. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing project management for MBD workstreams related to the design, implementation, and launch of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system. This involves handling complex requirements and multiple workstreams to transform business development and marketing capabilities over the next five years.
- Facilitating the MBD team’s realignment in support of firm strategy by developing detailed reorganization plans, ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated processes, and maintaining transparent communication and collaboration.
- Assisting in priority MBD AI optimization projects by developing project plans, ensuring collaboration, tracking project progress, and measuring impact on team performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Facilitating ongoing operational change and improvement projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing redundancies, and optimizing opportunities to ensure alignment towards common objectives through leveraging people, process, and technology.
- Continuously improving the MBD team's knowledge management approach to centralize core information, foster consistency, improve collaboration, and enhance learning and development.
- Assisting with the budgeting process during strategic planning stages and managing departmental budget needs throughout the year.
- Supporting project management related to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
- Managing other key projects and resources, including defining business/system requirements, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing and reporting ROI, creating and driving change management and communication strategies, and maintaining project documentation.

Education and Experience Information:
Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
Preferred Education: A Master’s Degree is preferred.

Minimum Years of Experience: A minimum of 8 years of project management experience is required, ideally in a professional services environment with Marketing and Business Development experience.

- Confidence in managing projects, juggling competing priorities, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, AI, and familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools.

Salary Information:
The hiring range for this position is $133,625 - $202,352 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered will also depend on other factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive package of benefits is offered, including medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, which includes both remote and in-office work. The requirement for the hybrid work arrangement will be determined in coordination with the hiring manager or supervisor and may be modified at the firm’s discretion in the future.
