Litigation Paralegal The candidate will initial case investigations, locate and obtain facts & records; Schedule depositions, mediations, and other calendaring. Summarize records, depositions, witness interviews, and various audio and video files. Help identify experts, prepare hearing and trial binders, assist at trial; and Enter and record accurate billing entries. Should have 2 years of litigation paralegal experience (preferably civil) in a law firm setting; an understanding of trial processes and deadlines; solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency with time management; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new technology; ability to collaborate and work well with team members; possess knowledge regarding state and federal e-filing procedures, and Prior experience assisting at trial is a plus.
