Location: Austin, TX with travel to San Antonio and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation by preparing case files, exhibits, applications, statements, and motions.
- Organize and summarize information, documents, reports, and evidence.
- Maintain a calendar with important deadlines and assist in preparing clients for interviews and hearings.
- Complete asylum applications and auxiliary forms.
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate case files.
- Travel to San Antonio and surrounding areas for client meetings and court appearances.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous work experience with asylum seekers and fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of word processing and database applications.
- Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Background check and references required.
