Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff
- Manage firm calendars and schedule appointments
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Process payments and handle outgoing mail
- Retrieve court dispositions and other records
- Provide Spanish/English interpretation
- Assist with office supply management and preparing materials for meetings
- Support legal team with projects and document preparation
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management databases
- Prior experience in a law firm setting, preferably immigration law
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, and standard benefits will be provided after a 90-day probationary period. While we support hybrid operations, this is primarily an in-person role.
