Job Title: IT Service Desk Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and email support for corporate software, hardware, peripherals, and networks.
- Manage access and reset passwords as needed.
- Learn and provide 1st level support for internal business applications, PCs, networks, and applications.
- Serve as the initial contact for troubleshooting PC and printer issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate hardware/software problems as necessary.
- Log calls and activities in a ticket system for tracking and resolution purposes.
- Perform 2nd level support tasks, including user onboarding/offboarding and managing Active Directory accounts.
- Process remote and mailbox access requests according to protocols, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Participate in special projects and duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Required: 3-5 years of experience performing level one help desk support as part of a corporate help desk/IT team.
- Required: Basic Technical Certification (., A+, network, MCP).
- Required: Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Experience with a variety of platforms and systems, including MS Windows 10 and Apple (MAC).
