**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a top-tier law firm, is looking for an E-Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling, implementing, and resolving electronic billing (e-billing) for the firm. As a member of the Client Billing & Collections team, you will work closely with the Electronic Billing Supervisor to improve processes and support the firm's e-billing operations nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor invoice submissions and statuses on eBillingHub and other platforms
- Resolve invoice rejections and collaborate with partners, billing teams, and clients
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of billing rates for electronically billed clients
- Address questions and issues related to electronic billing from firmwide individuals and clients
- Implement electronic billing firmwide and set up billing systems and eBillingHub
- Review new electronically billed matters and obtain necessary information from billing teams, clients, and partners
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of law firm billing or e-billing experience required
- Experience in other areas of accounting and finance preferred
- Familiarity with electronic billing systems such as eBillingHub, Legal Tracker, CounselLink, and Brightflag preferred
- Knowledge of Intapp products or equivalent preferred
Salary Information:
According to the Illinois Equity Pay Act, the salary range for this Chicago-based position is between $56,900 - $92,900. The actual offered amount will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
