Job Title: Client Assessment Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
As a Client Assessment Assistant at the law firm, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the operational efficiency and compliance of the firm. Your responsibilities include:

- Retrieving and appending media documents from the firm's System of Record to external client systems.
- Reviewing and analyzing scanning errors to ensure data integrity.
- Conducting data entry and documentation within the system of record as needed.
- Reviewing client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and comply with client standards.
- Conducting weekly and monthly assessments of key elements as outlined in the Client Directive and Audit Program.
- Collaborating with vendors and firm employees to ensure timely completion of assessment deliverables.
- Conducting ad hoc assessments of key firm processes where applicable.
- Demonstrating the firm's Core Values of Doing Right, Achieving Results, and Maintaining Integrity.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:

Additional Information:
- The position requires up to 0-5% travel, excluding local commutes.
