Family Law Paralegal The candidate's duties include assisting in litigation from intake through trial: drafting pleadings, courtesy copies, preparing discovery requests/responses, drafting correspondence, etc. Scheduling and maintaining attorney calendars, setting up Zoom meetings, updating client files and electronic filing is also required. Should preferably have familiarity with: Clio, NetDocs, Odyssey, Family Law Software, Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent time-management skills.
